Customer Service

The main focus of our visual inspection service is to provide you, the client, with an accurate, comprehensive, easy to read written evaluation of the home you are buying. It is also an invaluable learning & discovery experience during which your questions can be answered on the spot. To this end, I encourage you to attend the inspection and ask any questions you may have concerning the property or it's components. Another reason we encourage you to attend is we review our findings at the conclusion of the inspection. I have found this helps to put any issues found in context when you read them in the report. This also gives you an opportunity to ask any questions you may have concerning the building components or maintenance of the components. It is imperative that you have the information you need to make an informed decision about purchasing a home. Post Inspection

The home inspection reports will be generated and delivered no later than the next day to you and your realtor via email or uploaded to the internet where you may view and download from any computer where you have access to the internet. The home inspection report is comprehensive and detailed, digital photographs are used as necessary to help explain and illustrate the problem with the component. The Washington State pest inspection report is also prepared and delivered along with the home inspection report.
